Through the wellness assessment form we collect: your name, email, country/region, age range, sex/gender, health goals, symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, lifestyle, and body-tendency notes. Some of this is health-related (special-category) data under the EU GDPR and equivalent laws in Australia and Canada.
3. Legal basis & your consent
We process your health-related information only on the basis of your explicit consent, given via the required checkboxes in the assessment form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal stops future processing but may not erase data already used to deliver a plan you purchased.
4. How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your personalized wellness plan by email.
- To respond to your questions and provide safety/caution notes.
- To meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
5. Storage, retention & security
We keep your information only as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit) to protect it. We do not sell your data.
6. International transfers
